Q: I have suggestions or feature requests, where do I submit those?

A: In settings there is a send feedback option towards the bottom of the page. We appreciate the time you take to help us improve our product.

Q: Can I get notifications about whether my child has completed a routine or if the Goally battery is low?

A: There are currently no notifications for Goally. You can view your child’s progress through daily routines from the homepage.

Q: Can I reset Goally and give it to my other child?

A: Yes, you can either change the child's name in settings in order to keep all the routines you have created or you can contact us at 1-888-506-5502 to perform a full reset.

Q: Does Goally work with a personal hotspot?

A: Yes, Goally can connect to a personal hotspot and allow the parent to make changes from the Goally app.

Q: Can I create popup reminders like take medicine, drink water, and use the toilet?

A: Goally’s current state does not support this kind of feature but we will look at adding it in future versions. For now you can create a scheduled routine containing the one activity you need.
