Is there a Goally ball as well as a new design?
We used the Goally ball in our Beta program. Based on feedback from Beta families the ball has now been replaced by the new rectangular design. We will be updating our videos shortly!

What ages is Goally suitable for?
It is ideal for ages 4 to 14 but can be used by older kids in some circumstances.
Is Goally covered by insurance or Medicaid?
Goally is not yet covered by insurance but can be covered by Medicaid Waiver programs. For more information, click HERE.
Do I need WiFi for Goally to work?
Goally will still run routines when not connected but to update anything or control it from the parent app Goally must be connected to WiFi.
Is Goally suitable for school?
We have focused all of our testing on home use but several of our beta testers are using it in school successfully. We will be adding new features in 2019 to make it more school-friendly (e.g. Teacher app). All customers will get free upgrades of these features.
Can one Goally be used with two children?
We tested two children using the same Goally with several families and unfortunately it didn’t work out for any of them. Problems included the kids fighting over Goally or one child finishing tasks ahead of the other such that the second child lost track. Kids feeling that sense of ownership and having their very own “personal assistant” seems to be an essential part of Goally being effective for families.
